This is definitely not a five star dealership. I can't explain how many problems we're having with our 2005 Jeep Laredo that we have purchased there. Problems including a new transmission, new wind shield ( because the one on is was the wrong one - that I waited 10 hours there, to get it installed ) the Air condition is now broken, and the door, and now I just had it towed to the nearest dealership, because it wouldn't start. Thank God its to the one in Hanford & not this one. We still owe $18, 000 on it. Thank God for heaven sent angels like Lazlo who pushed us to get an additional warranty on it. Also, their service department is something else. Eddie is a very nice man, but Eric is an idiot. The past several times he helped us, he didn't mention that we had to rotate our tires, & so now our warranty is voided. When our transmission went out on us, Eric promised it back in a week; and we got it back in a month. He also said that the rental car would be taken car of, yet it was charged on our credit card. It took over 2 months to even get that taken care of.
I am so unhappy with the whole experience at this dealership. I've always loved Jeeps and normally I'm not this harsh on anyone, but we are a family of 3 in the military just barely making it by. Its angers me that have to endure this. Why did they sell me a lemon? Why be a shark!! Its also ironic, if you are visibly upset, you wont get a phone call in regards of the rate of the service. Maybe that's how they get to keep their 5 stars rating, only surveying the happy people!
Don't be a sucker like us! DON'T BY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
By the way, I would give this dealership a 0 - but Lazlo and Eddie are great guys!
