When I was looking for a new Ford, I went to Ford / Mazda of Orange. This was the third dealer I visited when I wanted to buy my new Ford Edge. Since I had already test driven at another dealer, I did not need to test drive here. It was not possible to find the exact car I wanted so they helped me order the vehicle from the factory. When it came in a few weeks later, I scheduled a date to go sign the paperwork. We had already agreed on a price with their fleet salesperson so everything was pretty easy. I checked on everything on the vehicle which looked just about perfect. After signing the paperwork to buy the car, I still had to sign the finance paperwork. Since they only have one person there was a bit of a wait but luckily not too bad. They wanted me to buy an extended warranty which I refused. Shortly after, I got my vehicle and was very pleased and love the car.
After using their service department for the first free vehicle service I was not that impressed. Also, I told them of a piece that fell off the windshield wiper at that time. They ordered a part, but never called me or anything to say the part arrived. I called and inquired, and went the next day to get it put on and they had to scramble to figure out what part it is, and what to do. I don't believe I would go back there for their service department.
