Unhappy Previous Customer

My husband and I went in to the Fritts Ford Dealership during the 4th of July employee pricing and 0% financing.  We started to leave as the salesperson who looked at our trade-in insulted us by saying our present truck was rusted out.  All that was rusty was the trailer hitch.  The truck hadn't been washed but otherwise was not in that bad of shape.  We decided to leave after the insult and one of the men inside came out and said he was concerned that we were unhappy.  He looked over our trade again and determined the body had no rust, only the hitch and overall the truck was in good condition.  He said he was the general manager and he was concerned his employees were treating customers like this.  He kept us there for quite a while but finally offered us $3.00 less per month on the payment and also to have a previous problem we had with another Ford vehicle fixed.  We finally went to finance to sign the final papers and everything changed.  The payment was higher, they said the promise to fix a previous problem on the other Ford vehicle would not be done, and to top it off the man that had made the promises to us was not even the General Mgr.  We were totally upset and so tired and hot from being at that dealership most of the day!  We will not be returning customers as we were lied to about everything!
