AutoWest Honda in the Automall is one of the most outstanding dealerships I've ever dealt with. I've owned many Hondas and have always brought my latest Honda to Autowest Honda for service, even when I didn't buy it from them. As soon as you pull up the service manager greets you, checks your car in right away and has to come sit inside the office to start the paperwork. You're offered coffee and asked if you need them to schedule the free shuttle to take you home. Even when I've only come in for new windshield wipers, which I hate replacing myself, the parts guys will have someone come out and put on the new wipers for me and do it with a smile. The service department always makes a followup call later to see if I was happy with my service. The work on my car has been excellent and I actually enjoy taking it in for periodic tune ups!
