Awful Service, Repair Shop is the Worst

I bought a brand new Jetta a few years ago and am happy with the car overall. The problem was that every so often I'd get a recall notice from VW and need to take my car in for a minor repair. I always took the car to the City Volkswagen for these and it was fine. It took longer than expected usually but it was fine. Until the last time. They replaced a brake light switch and caused close to $2,000 worth of damage to my car. I called 15 minutes after leaving the dealer and they refused to take the car back to check it out. Multiple calls to the dealer resulted in the answer "My mechanics are too busy to break anything". It took my mechanic two weeks to track down the problems with the electrical system. Eventually VW discovered the error and issued another recall.

I'll never go to City VW again and you shouldn't either.
