I have been using South Bay Volkswagen for the past ten years to service two Jettas I have owned and the two service writers, Max and Sergio always do an outstanding job of getting my vehicle in quickly, writing up a thorough and honest list of problems with my car and charging a fair price for the work done. The service department is always fast in making the repairs and I have never had to return to have the same work repeated like at some other dealers.

I have shopped for a new Volkswagen in the past month at South Bay Volkswagen and the sales person was super nice and low pressure the whole way. He never once demanded my contact information like a lot of dealers do when you step on the lot, all the while planning to harass you with offensive sales calls. The pricing I was offered was excellent and if I decide to buy a new Volkswagen, this is probably the dealer I will go with.

Overall an outstanding dealership.
