I've been a customer for years. I've never had a bad experience when it comes to leasing a new vw. The sales staff is very professional and low pressure, they'll do whatever it takes to make you happy. The dealership itself is aesthetically pleasing and they have everything on-site, a service dept., parts, body shop and an expansive waiting room with free wi-fi and coffee machines. Also, there is an enterprise rental service (which is not the best but a rental car service nonetheless).
They could hurry up a bit in the service dept though...last time I was there for a simple oil change, it took 3 hours, so bring a book or an ipod :) Overall a good experience if you love VW's, with great deals and good customer service.
