If you are looking to be scammed, lied to and conned, then Wesley Chapel Nissan is the place for you. We went to the dealership that was blaring music to create "excitement". We purchased a 07 truck, didn't realize that they were overcharging us by $5000, they "worked the numbers" to get us approved for a certain payment amount, that we finally agreed too. The salesperson, who was highly aggressive and had no real facts, except that the car would run forever, would not give us one straight answer. When talking to the finance person, we heard about how a sales manager and a salesman got into a fist fight, she used constant profanity, and she then told us that we were silly for not taking the ripoff Gap insurance that she makes a commission on (in a car that would run forever no less). They had us test drive the truck while it was filthy from the previous owner, they "cleaned" it while we were there, no oil change, and gave it to us with an empty gas tank. We had the truck for a week, they called us and said our financing didn't go through, thank goodness, since they were ripping us off. They wanted more money from us, we told them to just give us our old car back. We went in, they were SOOOO rude, kept us waiting forever, our sale lady completely ignored us, any person who dealt with us the previous week wouldn't even look us in the eyes. They finally gave us our car back completely marked up and covered in stickers advertising their crappy company. We then went to Jay at CarMax and had the best car buying experience ever. We were told that Wesley Chapel Nissan is notorious for giving cars out that aren't approved, wanting the buyer to show it off to all their friends and family so that they are embarassed and will pay anything to keep it. We were told of a girl who actually had her car from there for a month and they then asked for it back. We were approved easily, so, it wasn't that our financing wouldn't go through, it just wouldn't go through for the ripoff amount that Wesley Chapel Nissan was charging. Thanks to this company we will never buy from any dealership again. They are trashy and disgusting in their sales tactics.
