Bredemann Lexus: Good Service, Bad Parts

When I went into Bredemann Lexus to buy my pre-owned Lexus IS 250, I was met with some great customer service representatives. My salesman met me with great respect and explained everything to me slowly and in an easy-to-understand manner. I found that he was able to offer me a very competitive price and I walked away truly happy with the deal. The only problem occurred when I had a problem with the driver’s side door, which took awhile to fix, but ultimately I was pleased with both the dealership and the service it provided.
