Unpleasant Experience

These guys are such criminals it makes me mad to even talk about it.  Long story short....engine trouble....oh it's going to be $150 just to look at it......ok....well we can't find the problem so we need to look further for another $275......ok we'll we fixed your problem...needed some spark plugs etc....total to $795.  Car works for about 3 weeks.  Take car back....we need to look again $150.....oh now we found that you have a blown engine.....$5000 for a new engine.  So I say I might as well sell the car....hour later they call back and say they found a used engine for $3000.  I say I have to figure it out.  I call and say yes.....in the mean time I figure a better solution and I call back 1/2 hour later and tell them to cancel.  They tell me that there is going to be a $150 restocking fee on that engine.  I say c'mon you already charged me $800 not to fix it and now you are going to charge me to look at it again and that restocking fee.  I refuse and they keep my keys and won't let me leave.  So another $300 later I take it somewhere else.  They fix it for $235....runs great.    Scumbags is the only name that does this dealership justice.
