Mancari's has great customer service!

I purchased a car from Mancari's used lot that later proved to have damage that was not disclosed st the time of sale. I contacted the dealership and they were very apologetic about the bad experience and immediately asked what they could do to rectify the situation. We originally requested that they repair the car. When the repair proved unsatisfactory, they acknowledge that it was unacceptable, again apologized, and arranged for us to meet with the owner of the dealership. Mr. Mancari explained that they were not aware of the damage, had made every effort to repair the car, but were themselves unsatisfied with the outcome. They did not have a similar car on the lot, so they refunded our money and made an outstanding deal on a new car for us! I will be a Mancari customer for life! No "buck passing" here - these folks believe in good old fashioned service.
