I have yet to purchase a vehicle at Schepel Buick, but I have considered a purchase from them in the past, dealt with various salesmen, and even know the elder Mr. Schepel himself. I also am acquainted with their service personnel. I can say for a certainty that the staff at Schepel know their products, and you can count on them providing a no-nonsense approach to sales and service. One of the things that is always an annoyance when dealing with dealers is that you often come away believing that you cannot trust them and that all the are trying to do is maximize their profit at your expense. Now there is nothing wrong with trying to make a dollar, but I didn't get the impression that this was the only thing in the mind of the Schepel salesmen. The were open and honest about cost and sought to give me the best possible deal that they could, and when I declined they didn't try to make me feel guilty for not taking their best offer. The mechanics there are of the highest quality. Many have worked there for decades and their expertise is impressive and reliable. I have received top-notch assistance from those who have serviced my vehicles from Schepel, and I would recommend their work to anyone.
