We purchased our Explorer from Wickstrom Ford recently. Sales staff was very easy to work with, was able to identify the needs of my wife and I and place us in a vehicle we were able to afford. We were able to browse the lot during the day and were not swarmed by salespeople, which was a nice bonus that we didn't find at other dealers. The staff were friendly, and were quick to notice an error that had been made on our trade in which ultimatley resulted in us buying the vehicle from them. Since then, I have had the SUV serviced there several times, the shop has been professional and thorough, with no problems. All in all, very happy with Wickstrom, will be going back in the future.
