I was very pleased with the manor in which this Chrysler location provided sales/customer service. They really were interested in our needs for a vehicle and not just interested in selling a car. We were driving a SUV gas guzzler and couldn't afford $4/gallon with 2 kids and hopefully more to come. So we were interested in a minivan that could haul the whole family and be good on gas mileage. They were willing to give us 5K for our SUV, which was very generous, and knocked the price of the car down some as well. They were not pushy in any way gave us ample time to test drive it and think about it. I will definitely recommend this Dealership to family and friends.

O'Daniels Chrysler Jeep in Fort Wayne, IN, is a first rate dealership. The knowledgeable and friendly staff in the sales department treat their customers great and handle all transactions that I needed help with in a professional manner. My PT Cruiser had quite a few issues and I am very satisfied with the service department there. Since my car had a seven year warranty from Chrysler, all minor and major repairs were fixed under warranty, no problem what so ever. Any time I needed a repair, the friendly knowledgeable staff fixed the car, and dealt with follow up items afterward. I had a main motor bearing seize up due to an inability of oil to lubricate it, so I got another engine, no problem. Then I had many issues with oil leaks, so they fixed those as well. I give it 5 stars for all these areas: Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Overall Experience, and Price.
