Poor performance

I purchased my vehicle from Trier a while back. I will be the first to admit that I loved everything about the experience. The salesman, who is no longer there, really helped put small town dealerships/service back on the map for my family and me. Typically, I do not expect much when taking my car into a small town mechanic but it goes without saying that I expect and demand that a certified dealership to have a "certified mechanic" that can diagnose the cars that their own lots are selling. I think that is the very least that ANY customer would expect. Recently was extremely with the experience! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone after my previous service experience. I took my vehicle into the service department for an extremely minuet problem that was under warranty. Much to my consternation, the mechanics and service manager failed to fix the vehicle. In fact, after several grueling days, no communication regarding the issue, repairs or lack there of, I was forced to take my vehicle into Fort Wayne in order to fix the improper repairs by Trier as well as the original problem. What Trier could not fix after several days, Glenbrook Dodge was able to fix within an hour in their service department. Thank you Trier for taking back my love for small town service centers and your extreme incompetence!
