Having been a customer of Eric Hill Nissan and purchasing one of their vehicles, I can honestly say that I would NEVER recommend them to anyone under any circumstance. The buying process was easy enough, however the sales person had no information about the vehicle other than what could be found on the sticker. Once we got to financing everything once again went smoothly enough and we even felt like we were lucky to have come to this dealership. The problems set in after the purchase. We were buying a used one year old vehicle, but it was missing 2 of the 4 floor mats, along with the cover-up for the tow hook-up on the front bumper, and also a spare set of keys. We were there on a Friday night and were told the things would not be ready for pick up until the following Monday as the one cover-up had to be ordered. Long story short, we NEVER got any of the extra things we were promised and were given the run around every time we called. We finally gave up about two months later. Not to mention the fact that the only time they called us was to let us know that they made a mistake with the taxes, as we had turned in a leased vehicle, which is why they were able to do so much better than any other dealership on the financing dept. in the first place. They actually wanted us to come in and resign the deal in order to pay the difference on their mistake. It was only after we contacted Six on Your Side that they let up and agreed to take the loss themselves. Please save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!
