When I was looking for a new Chevy SUV, I wanted to find a trusted dealer in the Baltimore area. I have heard and seen Bob Bell on the television and radio for years. I went and immediately fell in love with their customer service. It was not a pressured sale at all. The salesman greeted me as soon as i walked into the door and while they helped me with everything, they also gave me the privacy I needed. As far as pricing, they were not the cheapest, but with the free oil changes and other little bonuses offered, I could not beat it. I test drove the car on all terrain and they were as concerned as I was about getting the right car. They cared about the customer and not the sale which is what service should be.
