I bought my car here after calling around to all the area Honda dealers (my old car had gotten totaled, and I was determined to get a 5-speed Fit Sport, blaze orange metallic). They said they could get one in in a couple days. I went in and gave them my deposit. A couple days later, dude calls and says my car is there. I'm talking to him, and I realize he ordered an automatic, when I wanted a 5-speed. The guy tries to convince me to buy the car anyway. Um, no. So then he locates one, tells me it will be sent from another dealer in Massachusetts. He calls a few days later, saying the dealer sold my car out from under him. Tries to pressure me to buy several different cars that are on the lot. Um, no. So I go all over the internet, calling dealers, locate the car I want about 500 miles away. I call the place and put a deposit on it right away. I'm willing to go get it myself, but not too crazy about the idea. I call Cambridge Honda back to see if they're willing to get it for me. The guy is super apologetic, tells me they'll get it for me, and says he'll cut me a great deal. Says he'll knock a couple grand off the price. The car shows up, it's finally the right car, but all the manager people say they can't give me a price cut. Oh, and my salesguy has been fired. I reluctantly pay the normal price. Then they bring out my car, and it only has one key. I tell them that the Sport model comes with two transponder keys. They say it does not, but I should get a valet key, and they'll cut it. I tell them it does in fact come with two keys, and they should call Honda of America and verify this. Anyway, I take the car with the one key, come back a few days later, and I get a competent person who gives me my second key. About a month later, a valet key arrives in the mail, with a letter telling me that I was in fact right, and the car is supposed to come with a second (valet) key. *headdesk* Don't go to this dealer.
