I recently test drove a new Hyundai Elantra at Balise Hyundai in Springfield because I qualified for the cash for clunkers program. The sales people were very kind. My mother was with me, she had been recovering from a knee injury. The sales people offered her a comfortable chair and coffee or a drink of water. They made my mother feel good and that made me feel good about doing business with Balise. The sales person was able to answer all of my questions. They took the time to qualify me for a loan and the process was fast. I appreciate the speed of service. I would recommend Balise to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
