When stepping into the showroom you are pleasantly greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hello. We were asked if we needed any help finding what we were looking for and when we told them we just wanted to look around for a little while they just told us to let them know if we needed anything. It was nice to not be followed around and bothered since we knew what we were looking for. When we found the vehicle we wanted there was no haggling since the price was spot on. They were very professional and helpful with all aspects including financing that was not an outrageously high percentage rate. Since they are not located in a large city their overhead stays lower and they can pass those savings on. I highly recommend having Lorenz honda as an option if you are looking to purchase a new or used honda.
