Great Customer Service

When I got ready to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter, I didn't have a lot of time to go perusing dealerships. Thankfully, the lender that I chose beforehand (so I'd know how much I'd be working with)referred me to Avis Ford. The finance manager contacted me within 24 hours and we made an appointment to go look at some cars. When I got there for my appointment, they treated me like I buying a Rolls Royce instead of a used Ford SUV. The finance manager talked to me and showed me several vehicles personally. Usually, I just deal with a sales person. I provided the necessary paperwork, deposit and identification and went home expecting to be notified when to pick the car up. The next morning, I got a call and was asked where I wanted my car delivered. How's that for customer service? When I purchase a new car for myself in the sring, I will definetely be going back to Avis.
