I went to quite a few dealers before coming here and I genuinely liked them. When I came here for the first time I inquired a lot and the sales people were kind enough to provide me with all the information, I took a lot of their time but didn’t buy anything. After thinking for a few days I came back again a week later and they received me with the same generosity, which was really nice. They care for there customers and they have repaired quite a few of the minor problems of the truck for free. I like them not just because they provide great service but also because they believe in cultivating personal relationship with their customers.

I had leased a car fromthis dealership and they gave me a perfect car without ant problems .The customer care desk was helpul and answered all my queries nicely.They provide a real good costumer service.They allowed me go for a test drive and even check the cars various parameters. This dealership is small but it gives you more personal attention and yes you dont need to make an appointment ,just walk in and enjoy an excellent customer service.

I had visited several dealers before, But this dealer was unique. The customer care was patient enough to hear my queries and explained me about the efficiency and performance of Chevrolet Aveo. I had also asked regarding finance option for the car. They explained us about the various options for finance. I had a look at the sales and service center to know about the after sales and service which was very convincing. As a whole I was satisfied with the answers given by the service center and the customer care. They was very supportive and polite with me in explaining things to me.

I was always wanting to buy a car on lease and when I found you, I was overwhelmed. The customer service is very satisfactory. I tried and test drove the car and was satisfied with minor changes they made for the car. Excellent work.keep it up.

I searched for dealers matching to me & finally came here. At the first time I came here, they caught my heart with their good customer service. I just wanted to have a car on lease. They have the right thing, whatever customer wants. The most reliable thing is that they have no obligation with checking cars performance/parts as we want during the test drive given by them. Other good thing of Bill Fox Chevrolet Inc. is that customer can walk-in to them any time with ease. They are ready there to welcome us warmly followed by a stunning customer service & care. Made a simple call for pricing info, the Salesman was very helpful, no games no gimmicks. I ended up going in to see a vehicle with no intentions of buying. They made my experience very enjoyable, we ended up purchasing the tahoe the same day. Thanks !

I was able to easily find the review section with ease using the Lotpro.com website then i was easily able to find this dealer and read the reviews .There were already 6 reviews available and i was impressed .This dealer's customer service was excellent , they allowed me to take a test ride of the Chevy of my choice and i was finally able to make up my mind to buy what i came for .
I thank Bill Fox Chevrolet Inc for the good job and publicity available on the internet and i would suggest anyone in this area to go to this dealer .They are awesome and the customer service and guarantee is perfect .

Actually I have heard a lot about Bill Fox and thats why i turned in here with a hope that they will help me with my problems, and they didn prove any thing wrong, they treated me with very nicely and helped me to their best possible way. They gave me as much information as they were able to and i was certainly impressed.

The Chevrolet dealer provides me a good customer satisfaction because i have purchased a Optra car from them, really i am satisfied with the car often i has been satisfied with their kind service. I appreciate the whole Chevrolet family for their best services. Customer satisfaction is the best advertisement for a company or a product.
