I went to quite a few dealers before coming here and I genuinely liked them. When I came here for the first time I inquired a lot and the sales people were kind enough to provide me with all the information, I took a lot of their time but didn’t buy anything. After thinking for a few days I came back again a week later and they received me with the same generosity, which was really nice. They care for there customers and they have repaired quite a few of the minor problems of the truck for free. I like them not just because they provide great service but also because they believe in cultivating personal relationship with their customers.

I had leased a car fromthis dealership and they gave me a perfect car without ant problems .The customer care desk was helpul and answered all my queries nicely.They provide a real good costumer service.They allowed me go for a test drive and even check the cars various parameters. This dealership is small but it gives you more personal attention and yes you dont need to make an appointment ,just walk in and enjoy an excellent customer service.

I had visited several dealers before, But this dealer was unique. The customer care was patient enough to hear my queries and explained me about the efficiency and performance of Chevrolet Aveo. I had also asked regarding finance option for the car. They explained us about the various options for finance. I had a look at the sales and service center to know about the after sales and service which was very convincing. As a whole I was satisfied with the answers given by the service center and the customer care. They was very supportive and polite with me in explaining things to me.

I was always wanting to buy a car on lease and when I found you, I was overwhelmed. The customer service is very satisfactory. I tried and test drove the car and was satisfied with minor changes they made for the car. Excellent work.keep it up.

I searched for dealers matching to me & finally came here. At the first time I came here, they caught my heart with their good customer service. I just wanted to have a car on lease. They have the right thing, whatever customer wants. The most reliable thing is that they have no obligation with checking cars performance/parts as we want during the test drive given by them. Other good thing of Bill Fox Chevrolet Inc. is that customer can walk-in to them any time with ease. They are ready there to welcome us warmly followed by a stunning customer service & care. i needed about 3 trucks for lease and i was looking for a reliable dealer whom i can bank on in any circumstance.
when i went in not only was i given a detailed explanation about the condition of the vehicle i was also allowed to test drive and check some of the paramters of vehicle performance.i was also given a considerable discount as i was leasing 3 trucks.its been a couple of months now apart from the minor health checkups of the vehicle it's been happy going!!

I leased a truck from this dealership. My salesperson was very nice and helpful. Got what I wanted right away. I was happy they did not just turn me away and told me to make an appointment. The service department is outstanding!!! If I ever had to take my truck in for anything, which I only had to do that once, the rest was for oil changes. You just pull right in the service department and they take care of you right away and you get a free loaner for however long they have your vehicle, which for me it was only one day. Great place!!
