The dealer had awful customer service. I called the dealership and I couldn't get an answer. I went to the car lot and people kept following me around even though I said I didn't need help. It was almost bordering harassment. I wouldn't go there again.
Pleasant surprise

I felt the warmth the moment I stepped into Champion Chevrolet, Howell. The idea mainly was to educate myslef about the Lexus before I embark on a procurring mission. It was pleasant surprise that I was taken care of very well, myself and my wife were made to feel at home. The executive appeared in a flash, on soft drink, gave a soothing description about my requirements. I think I may not be able to turn my back and have to go there again.

was shopping for a used vehicle a few weeks ago.I emailed this dealer about a used pickup they had.It was ona monday.I asked them if they still had the truck on thurday night to email me.I sent an email to them asking if they would go down on the price. They went down 800 onthe price. When I asked about the truck on thursday I was told it was sold. The following tuesday I found the same truck on ebay, and the truck was at this dealer.SO I was lied to about it being sold! I bought the truck on ebay and had to give 500 more forit than I was qouted when it was originally for sale.I wanted it because of how good of shape it was supposedly in.I took a trailer to get it.I was told it needed a "tune up ".I took it to a mechanic because the truck wouldnt run past 35 mph.The truck has a bad cataletic converter, burned valves and a bad carb. For a grand total of $ 1,200 REPAIRS NEEDED ! I told them I thought they did me dirty ,they seemed to just laugh it off !
