I went to this dealership because it was very close to my home. I had read mixed reviews, but decided to try it out myself.
When it came to the sale and test drive, they were pretty prompt and helpful. The salesman worked directly with my banker to get the loan information squared away quickly. We test drove on a Wednesday, committed to a purchase on Thursday and drove away with it on Friday.
There was a minor issue with the vehicle (it was purchased used), so we made an appointment to get it serviced as it was still in warranty. The service department was much less pleasant to deal with. I stood in the entry area and employees would simply walk past me and sit as their desks. I had to go up to someone directly to get service.
When I made the appointment, I told them I needed the vehicle finished by 3:00 PM, they said no problem. They repeated this when I dropped off the vehicle at 9:00 AM and said they'd keep me updated. At 2:30 PM, no calls, no updates, nothing. I had to call them, only to find out they hadn't even started, and it should be done 'by the end of the day'. Thanks guys! I would have scheduled it a different day if they had told me to plan on all day for a minor issue (replacing one speaker).
