We had a great experience when we visited H & H Cheverolet. We have bought 2 vehicles from this auto dealership, and both experiences were great. One experience was when we purchased a new vehicle. The second experience is a vehicle that we purchased that was used.
Both times we used H & H we were greeted immediately by the sales staff. They had several representatives available, and they came to us when we pulled in. Both sales staff were very knowledgeable about the stock they had on hand. They answered all our questions about mileage, cost, dependability and what options were available.
The financing department was friendly and helpful on both occasions. They went through all the paperwork quickly and effortlessly. It did take a very long time on both financing events. However, I am not sure it took any longer than any of the other dealerships would have been.
The service department was also helpful. One of the vehicles had a small problem after we purchased it. They had us bring the car in. They fixed the problem quickly and we were back on our way.
