We bought our Buick here a few years ago, and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had.  I was completely impressed by the fact that we were allowed to browse the lot without being harassed by salesmen.  They let us look around, and it was only when we were ready to test drive that the salesman came and talked to us.  We got a fair price for our trade in, and the loan process was quick.  Months after we purchased, the salesman called to tell us about a manufacturing defect that had been discovered, and offered to replace the part for free.  I was impressed that they called, rather than just sending some stock letter about the matter.  All in all, there's great service here.
