Steer Clear of Jim Marsh

Jim Marsh was one of the Chrysler dealers who lost their franchise and it was pretty obvious to me why. We already owned a Chrysler when we moved to the area, and Jim Marsh was the only Chrysler dealer near our house. We took our vehicle there for service and it was a horrible experience every time. They will not let you schedule an appointment, they have your car FOREVER, and the service department personnel are very rude. Besides that, we had to bring our vehicle back to have the same problem "re-fixed." Our experience with the sales department was not very good, either: We were strolling the lot while waiting for our oil change (which took almost 2 hours). A salesman approached us and started talking cars. We had our 2 & 3 year old children with us, but this man repeatedly cursed! Knowing that my children tend to repeat new words, we tried to excuse ourselves, but the man followed, talking and cursing away. What an unprofessional salesman! We have just never had a good experience at Jim Marsh, and were not that upset at having to drive farther away to get service for our Chrysler, since it meant no more Jim Marsh.
