If you are looking for a great used car dealer and you have bad credit go to Walsh. The salesmen treat you with respect and really go out of their way to help you out. I was able to drive out with a SUV the same day after being refused by 15 other so called BAD CREDIT car dealers. These guys were honest and very helpful. Great dealership great people GO THERE
theSALES MANAGE R is so RUDE and we were not treated with respect as their customer! He even shouts in front of my husband and forced him to get the vehicle even we are not satisfied with it! that they are NOT like grocery store that the customer can return the vehicle if he is not satisfied with it! the car is still in their place and haven't driven home yet. he even said to my husband shouting that "WE PAID FOR IT, SO WE HAVE TO TAKE IT!"
this is the first time that we encountered a sales manger like him who instead of fixing everything and talk to the customer politely, he is the one who never tried it all! very SHOCKING experience we had with him! I hope he will be given a word for this. customers will not like dealing with his RUDENESS !
UNTIL NOW WE ARE STILL HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH THE VEHICLE THAT WE TOOK FROM THEM.
