We have now bought several cars thru Ray Laks. We do our research on the internet, and find that they are willing to negotiate a fair selling price. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. To us it is important that we not only buy our car from someone we trust, but that we also have a dealer where we can get the car serviced. Their service department is wonderful!! This is so important to me. As a busy family, I need to be able to get a loaner, when I bring my car in. Be able to schedule my appointment and get the work within reasonable time. The Service staff always makes sure that they fully explain what needs to be serviced on the vehicle, the cost, and how long the wait will be. When I choose to wait for my vehicle to be service, they have a wonderful wait area, that is very comfortable. We always return to Ray Laks.
