My husband and I recently purchased a used Ford F150 from WestHerr Ford. My husband, who happens to be an excellent mechanic, was VERY satisfied with the asking price, trade-in allowance, and the condition of the vehicle. We applied, were very happy with the interest rate and terms of the loan, and we accepted and made arrangements to return to pick up the vehicle. We returned to discover that the dealer had put 4 brand new tires (Value of at LEAST 1,000.00)on the vehicle, even though there was very little wear on the old ones! We have since referred friends and family to this dealer, and they have also been very pleased. We will definitely be visiting them again. This is one of those rare dealers that you will become a return customer.
