I bought my first Ford at Young Ford 15 years ago, and returned to buy my second, and my daughter's first and my son's first! The service is great, they'll work with you in any way they can to get you the best possible price and financing, and they know you by name each time you come in. The service department is just as great- while the wait was a bit long, they checked on me periodically to be sure that everything was fine, and they also made sure that I was aware of every charge before changes were made to incur them. This dealership was just recently sold, but I'd imagine that many of the same sales staff and service staff remain.
