I have visited Capital Ford more than once. When the price of gas went up, we wanted to trade our SUV for a more fuel efficient vehicle. We knew it would be nearly impossible to trade a larger, older, gas guzzler for a less expensive and smaller vehicle. We were upside down on our auto loan and didn't have a large sum to put new on a new vehicle. The salesman and the credit manager worked hard to get us an offer. Although we were not happy with some of the finance options to begin with, the team at Capital Ford kept working on our deal until they were able to secure a loan that we were happy with.
Very pleasant and patient staff.
