Decent dealership

Ganley Chevrolet has been a decent dealership when it comes to having something serviced however they did not seem to go above and beyond when it came to customer service. I took my 2008 Chevrolet Impala there to have a couple minor things looked at. I had purchased this car from a different dealership in the Akron Ohio area and the service department seemed to not appreciate that they were doing service on a car that they didn't sell. The service department did not seem to take my questions too seriously and dismissed them as something they couldn't find. The sales people were more approachable and seemed to listen to my questions more than the service manager did. Additionally, they had to order a part for my car and when it came in the dealership failed to call me. It sat on the desk in the service department for three days after they received it before I called to see if the part had came in.
