Extrmely Poor Service

This dealer sold me as "brand new", a 2009 vehicle that had been damaged / repaired in violation of Ohio law. In addition, they took a deposit and did not order the vehicle (a fraudulent transaction) until I contacted Toyota's corporate offices, nor did they provide a proper receipt according to Ohio law. Also, they did not know how to order a vehicle with special features, resulting in delivery of a vehicle lacking the options I had ordered. Dealer refused several vehicle buy-back settlement proposals until the Ohio Attorney General intervened. I then went to Thayer Toyota in BG...they were very knowledgeable about special orders and delivered the vehicle I wanted at a better price.
