Not where I would purchase my next car

I went to Canby Ford looking for my next car and left with my old car. I was made to wait longer than I would have expected given the time of day and day of the week. The sales person who assisted me seemed to not want to make a sale very badly. He was not trying to guide me to cars but just walking along with me. I did not leave with any literature because he did not offer any and I was very unhappy with that. My salesperson told me to look online because I could find options there and get more information. I then drove to another dealership that wanted to sell me a car.
Later because of the locations proximity to my home I had occasion to use their repair shop. I was made to wait quite a long time by the rude staff, they did offer to have an associate drive me home but I felt her driving was dangerous and frankly I questioned if she was drunk. The repair was not completed in the time quoted but took two days for a minor repair and I paid more than I would have if I had not taken it to a dealer.
I will never return to this dealer again nor will I use their repair department.
