One of the things I love about the internet and online reviews is the ability to give people a heads up on bad service and dishonest businesses. Gresham Honda is one such dishonest business.
We bought a brand new Honda Civic Hybrid from them a few years back. Then two years later, when we outgrew the Civic, came back for a minivan. Our experience was great until we went to write up the contract.
They kept changing the price and adding charges we hadn't agreed to. Finally we got the contract to where we thought it was what we had agreed on, and wrote a check for what we owed.
Three months later they came back and said we owed them an additional $500 dollars that wasn't collected at the time. Low and behold, we did, according to the contract, but not what we had agreed to with the salesman. They snuck something past us. Probably because they kept us there for hours and we were tired.
They threatened to take us to court and ruin our credit if we didn't pay up within a couple of days. Really, really nasty. We will never do business with them again.
