I was looking for a used vehicle recently and Charapp was one of my stops. They have good inventory and the sales people are very kind, but the managers seem to control the deals and seem to be out of touch with consumers. I had a great trade-in (foreign luxury car) and the value they gave me was nearly $2,000 lower than other dealers (including the dealer that I eventually purchased from). I was also disappointed in the used car I saw - it smelled like dog and was covered in dog hair, but they weren't willing to clean it as a part of the deal.
