I am pleased to report another another pleasant shopping experience at First Texas Honda in Austin. My wife and I came in for an appointment to have our 2005 Accord serviced according to our service plan. The staff had confirmed our appointment in advance, and the dealership was ready for our car when we got there, providing us with a loaner car to get on our way. I received a phone call an hour and half earlier than expected, the car was ready. I went in alone and decided to purchase a 2009 Fit. My wife was fuming mad that the "repair" took longer than expected...until I showed up to get her in a brand new car! We ended up selling the Accord to the Used Car Manager at First Texas Honda three months later, getting market price for it. We put that money towards a new Honda Pilot...
