Champion Chevrolet is the worst dealership I have ever done business with and is the last time I will ever purchase a vehicle from them. HORRIBLE service!!! It has been almost 30 days and I still have not received the plates to my vehicle. There aren't words that can describe the organization, customer service, and simply just very upset with the service. It has been almost 3 weeks from the day of purchase and it still boils my blood. If you want a smooth transaction I would suggest not to purchase there. It took me almost 3 days to complete a purchase just because there was no organization. The first day we didn't leave until 12 pm and they still werent done. Yet we had already signed the contract for the purchase. Please save your time, money, and sanity and go purchase a vehicle somewhere else. We purchased a vehicle from Champion Jeep and were in and out in no less than 4 hrs. Also, we had the plates within 3 days. Extremly better service than Champion Chevrolet. If there were a number less than zero I would have chosen it. Mr. Carlos
I just came from Champion Chevrolet located at 13800 Gulf Freeway and had a bad experience. First of all, the staff there are complete liars! I called regarding a chevy truck and Patricia told me that it was still on the lot. When I get there, some other lady says that she just personally sold that truck. When ask to show proof of her sell, she couldn't. All she could suggest is that they had other trucks for sale. Lesson learned, don't always believe what you see on their internet sales page. One person tells one thing, & when you get there; another person tells you something totally different.
