this dealer offers full service on vehicles. the staff is friendly. i was there several times, mostly for oil change. the oil change is fast and hassle free. i was able to get out within 30 minutes. one time there was a factory recall on my tundra and they fixed the problem within 2 days.
the sales staff is also very friendly (no pushy salesmen) i was able to test drive a mustang and a tundra without anyone pushing me to buy the vehicles.
the lobby could use a remodeling though, i thought the lobby was very cluttered. the dealer also feels old.

Recommend going to another dealer. My experience with service on a clutch is negative. They just slap the new parts in wihout checking runout on the flywheel. DUH. It chatters and was chattering before that and after that. They said it is normal. The factory rep was called in and was a parrott. You can't get satisfaction at a place like this. They could have said: Sir, yes we made a mistake in not finding the bad flywheel but since you did not pay for a new flywheel, we will have to charge you $$$. I would have said OK. (It was out of warranty). I would have expected them to eat the labor only. They should go to school to learn how to make a negative situation in to a "win/win". I have a friend who got screwed on a new car and I said "I wish I had been able to warn you" My friend managed to settle out of court. I can recommend Sterling McCall and Gillman Companies (but avoid the Gillman finance man).
