This is to bandera chevrolet on hwy 16 in bandera, my wife porchased a car on 06-07-08 and she gave her down payment and the finance manerger said it was all approved, well after several calls from the finance company (drive financial) wanting more info about her work history and she supplying it the finance manager told her it was all taken care of, well the finance manager called on monday 07-07-08 telling us we had to go in to his office and sign the new payment date , and i ask him is thier anything different on the contract and he said no, well when we got there he told us that the finance company needed $4,000 dollars more and our monthly payment was increase, i told him i was not going to pay that (was not a money problem) but why did he not tell me on the phone (trickery),i told him i would rather give the car back and he said ok and he had a check allready made and it was dated on 07-03-08 (have copy if wish to see)well they had no intention of letting us keep the car if they had that check writting up and dated, well just to tell you my wife felt treated unfair espacially when the finance manager threw the check on the desk, another thing when we purchase that car on 06-07-08 they were really rude to another couple and i talk to them and they will give me thier side of the story, should have left the dealer when i saw how that couple was treated but they acted really nice to us, dont mean to be mean to bandera chevrolet but it hurts me the way they treated my wife,have all documents if you wish to see them thanks and have a good day.
