McGeorge Has No-Pressure Sales Folks and Great Service Facilities

I knew I wanted a Toyota Matrix for my next vehicle, but the day I bought one, I was only intending to show my fiance the model and color I was interested in. When I went to McGeorge Toyota, I found they were having a very good sale and were interested in dealing, not playing games. I chatted with a sales associate for about 30 minutes and told her that her offer was appealing, but I didn't have my checkbook with me. She said "no problem." Within an hour and a half, I had traded in my Ford Focus for a Toyota Matrix. I got a great deal on the Matrix, a very fair trade in for the Focus, and absolutely no pressure from anyone about adding on features that I didn't need or want. They took a deposit on my credit card and told me I had three days to come back with a check. (I was paying cash and not financing it.) It was perhaps the easiest time I ever had buying a car, especially since I hadn't intended to drive away with a new car that afternoon. I was very happy with my experience. They were totally professional and upfront and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Their after-sales service is also exceptional. I don't even mind bringing my car in for maintenance, since they have two beautiful customer lounges, with designer coffee, wireless Internet and even several computer stations. Plus, free telephone calls. McGeorge is a great place to buy a car and have it serviced in the Richmond, Virginia area.
