Huge service department, small showroom

I had some service work done to my 2003 M3. I wasn't impressed with the showroom. It's small and cramped. However the service area is huge! They are also open early in the mornings so you can drop your car off before you go to work and then take a dealer provided shuttle directly to your work. The shuttle will also pick you up whenever you call them. The shuttle is free, not sure if tip is expected. My service was fast and they were willing loan me car to go home and pick up a part I forgot to bring in. There service rate is $120 an hour. The average for non-dealer seems to be $80-90 an hour. I trust them though.
