Worst Experience Ever!

I took my BMW to their dealership this morning to repair CV joints and replace my water pump. They came back to me with a "Laundry List" of other items not relevant to the "Safe" operation of my vehicle. They stated that my vehicle was very unsafe to drive and that I needed to spend in excess of $4,000 to complete the repairs.

The Service Writer then expressed to me that they could lower the labor rate and possibly give me a better deal on parts. He asked me if I would still consider having them do the work. I replied NO. I will never take my vehicle back to this place again. It's almost like the Service Writer was trying to "Strong Arm" me to have them do the work. Steer Clear of this place!
