At LotPro.com, in our rush to finish up on the major car manufacturers, we neglected to mention what might be Al Gore’s worst nightmare…
Alton F-650 XUV (Xtreme Utility Vehicle)

Originating from, of all places, Pigeon, Michigan (pop. 1207), the Alton F-650 almost defies description. Based on a Ford F-650, the Alton weighs in at almost 13 tons GVWR. Powered by a 7.2 liter Caterpillar diesel engine that produces 660 lb.-ft. of torque, the Alton begs the question, “what do you do when everyone in the neighborhood owns a Hummer?”
Inside, the XUV features a custom interior complete with captains chairs, a hardwood floor, a stereo system powering 42 speakers, 4 computer workstations, two 16” televisions as well as a 42” plasma screen.
All this sybaritic luxury can be had for a bit more than twice the average home value in Pigeon ($89,700), starting at $200,000.
