1. Complaint
I bought this NAZA CITRA (CARENS) new.After using for the first week, I discovered the car is making alot of noise at the undercarriage. Then the Braking system starts to vibrate at the steering wheel when braking is applied at speed 90 KMH and above. I have make numerous complain to NAZA, the Dealer and till today these two problems still persits and not rectified. I believed in KIA technology and quality products.To my surprise my new car have such problems and can’t solved after One year service at NAZA KIA Service Sdn Bhd at Johor Bahru Branch. I stopped my car servicing at this centre after I noticed that they the management gave me LOUSY service and does not consider about the Mission And Vision of the company. What do you mean by After Sales Service?
