The all-new Kia Soul urban crossover passenger car makes its debut in France, while hybrid concepts of the Kia cee’d and Kia Soul models are revealed for first time. Kia also announces that the fuel-stretching Kia cee’d ISG (Idle Stop&Go) model will go on sale in current markets in 2009.
