The 2007 Chevrolet Malibu sedan is a 4-door, 5-passenger vehicle that comes in four trims: base LS, midlevel LT, luxury LTZ and the sporty SS. The 2007 carryover Chevrolet Malibu LS has a 2.2L, I4, 144-hp engine and the Malibu LTZ has standard a 3.5L, V6, 217-hp engine. Both trims come with a 4-speed automatic transmission.
The Chevrolet Malibu base LS comes with airbags; anti-trap; keyless entry; power windows; remote releases and controls; anti-theft; anti-lockout; speed-sensing interval wipers; power exterior mirrors; tinted glass; rear defogger; cruise; outside temperature gauge; tilt steering; front folding seat; cloth interior; automatic headlights; and daytime running lights. The LS does have optional upgrades like theft tracking, telematic system, telephone, traction control, and ABS brakes. Step it up to the Malibu LTZ and get all of the following: ABS brakes, traction control, chrome wheels, telephone, remote starter, radio anti-theft, OnStar®, heated mirrors, rear spoiler, automatic climate control, steering wheel mounted controls, compass, leather steering wheel, adjustable foot pedals, driver power heated seat, leather interior, and fog lights. The Malibu LT has some of these as standard as well, and other optional.
Premium upgrades for the Malibu LTZ or SS include in-dash CD changer, satellite radio, and a sunroof.
The 2007 Chevrolet Malibu is a vehicle that has the conveniences and the comforts for almost any consumer. The 2007 Chevrolet Malibu is very reasonable priced at $17,150 for the base and only extends to 23,500 for the higher trim levels (before any optional upgrades).
