The 2007 Ford Escape is a 4-door, 5-passenger compact SUV available in 4 trim levels with a total of 12 available trims that come in either AWD or 4WD. The Ford Escape trim levels are: XLS, XLT, XLT Sport, and the Limited. The Ford Escape XLS has a 2.3L, I4, 153hp engine and 15" steel wheels. The Ford Escape XLT, XLT Sport and the Limited all have a 3.0L, V6, 200hp engine and 16" alloy wheels.
The Ford Escape's come with standard features such as tilt steering, air conditioning, tachometer, tinted glass, folding powered exterior mirror, bumper step-up, keyless entry, anti-theft, power accessories, interval wipers, rear wiper, driver/passenger airbags, emergency fuel shut-off, self locking hubs, tire detail, underbody tire carrier, power tailgate, flip-up tailgate window, tinted glass, rear defroster, power window lock-out, stabilizer bar, and halogen headlights. Step up to the Limited and get standard automatic headlights, fog lights, leather interior, driver multi-adjustable power seats, cruise, steering wheel mounted controls, and privacy glass. The 2007 Ford Escape XLS carries a single CD player with 4 speakers and a MP3 playback system. The XLT, XLT Sport and the Limited upgrade the stereo system to a 6-CD player.
