The 2007 Jaguar XJ-Series is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sedan, or luxury sports sedan, available in 5 models, ranging from the XJ8 to the Super V8. The 2007 Jaguar XJ8 has a 4.2-liter, V8, 300-hp engine and the Super V8 has a 4.2-liter, V8, 400-hp supercharged engine. A 6-speed auto transmission is standard.
The XJ and the XJ8 have standard 18" wheels, xenon headlights, rear parking aid, a CATS active damping suspension, Bluetooth® wireless capability, sunroof, multiple airbags, anti-theft devices, full power accessories, walnut trim, and a powered sunroof. The Jaguar Vanden Plas adds heated leather steering wheel, front parking aid, fold down trays for the rear seats, navigation system, powered exterior mirrors, an electronic rear sunblind, and a premium audio system. Many of the standard features on higher level models can be optional for the lower level Jaguar XJ models. Satellite radio is a stand alone option for all models of the Jaguar XJ-Series models.
